seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to
join our healthcare team. The work will be at an SNF (Skilled
Nursing Facility). What we offer our Licensed Practical Nurse

Rasmussen University Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position
Details : · Type: Per Diem · Location: Bellevue, WA
Responsibilities: · Understand and adhere to established policies
and procedures. · Ensure adherence to Universal Precautions for
resident and staff safety. · Prepare residents' medications for
short-term absences following state regulations. · Collaborate with
the healthcare team to implement the nursing care plan for each
patient. · Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing
procedures as appropriate. · Observe signs and symptoms and report
to the physician and RN, including reactions to treatments and
changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition. · Teach
and counsel patients and their families/significant others on
nursing care needs and related issues for home care. · Participate
in medical record audits as assigned. · Attend staff meetings,
patient care conferences, and in-services as scheduled. · Read
Daily Communication Logs for resident information. · Document any
changes in resident status in Progress Notes and review them
regularly. · Complete resident treatments as ordered and scheduled.
· Assist with personal care and physical support as needed. ·
Performs other duties as assigned. Other Skills or Qualifications:
· Proficient computer skills in managing the electronic health
record (EHR). · Ability to manage information electronically and
transfer records appropriately. · Ability to work in an electronic
environment. · Refined deductive reasoning skills for
problem-solving during shifts. · Must have a valid driver’s license
or dependable access to a vehicle for business use. · Must be in
good health and physically/mentally capable of performing assigned
tasks. · Working knowledge of personal computing and word
processing software, particularly Microsoft Windows. · Completion
of appropriate competencies as required by the facility.
Requirements: · Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice
as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in WA state. · Active BLS
(Basic Life Support) certification. · Preferred minimum of one (1)
year of nursing experience. · Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. · Ability to work well in a fast-paced SNF
environment. · Two (2) positive work references · Successfully
complete and pass a background check and drug test. Who We Are:
