Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Puyallup, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,300 to $2,494 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Management City/State: Puyallup, Washington Shift: 10 Hour Days, 07:00:00-17:00:00 Contract Length: 4 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in Case Management provides acute care case management including post-discharge planning and resources. This role involves managing adult inpatient cases from various departments such as ICU, PCU, MedSurg, and ER, in a Level III Trauma Center. Responsibilities: Conduct clinical interviewing and assessments. Perform healthcare financial and reimbursement planning. Conduct post-discharge planning and provide resource information. Utilization Review and ER experience management preferred. Requirements: 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management experience required. 4 years of overall nursing experience required. WA RN License and BSN required. EPIC experience required. Experience in adult inpatient care, excluding pediatrics, LD, or NICU.
