Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,700 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management (Utilization Review) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 Hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Certification, CCM, ACM, C-SWCM, or CBHCM preferred Must-Have: - Ability to prioritize tasks - Success in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills - Flexibility - Need for thorough and informative progress notes Description: This position involves discharge planning and care coordination. The RN will handle complex medical patients. They must be an active participant in a multi-disciplinary team. Chart reviewing and screening are essential tasks. Writing detailed chart notes is required. The role covers all inpatient units, excluding emergency and specialized units. Experience with patients in various medical conditions is necessary. Collaboration with respiratory and pharmacy teams for discharge planning is involved. The RN is expected to manage a case load of 15 to 20 patients per day. The electronic medical record system used is Cerner. Self-scheduling is not allowed; structured scheduling will be provided. Business casual dress code is required, with no jeans permitted. Weekend and holiday work is not required. The orientation period will consist of both general nurse orientation and floor training alongside another case manager.
