Manager Nursing - Cardiac Telemetry at Providence Health and Services summary: The Manager Nursing - Cardiac Telemetry leads clinical and operational activities for a telemetry/progressive care unit, providing leadership for patient care units in line with organizational mission and values. Requires a BSN, current WA RN license, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience (master's and management experience preferred). Role is full-time, on-site at Swedish Edmonds with typical nurse-manager responsibilities including staffing, quality, and unit performance within a hospital system. Description The manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Edmond's mission, vision, and values. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing. Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing or related field. 1 year of First line management experience. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
