RN Manager - Long Term Care at Providence Health and Services
summary: The RN Manager oversees two long-term care units within a
skilled nursing facility, focusing on leadership, staff mentoring,
and ensuring exemplary resident care without participating in
admissions or care conferences. This role requires an experienced
LTC nurse with a Washington RN license and supervisory capabilities
to maintain quality care and staff accountability. The position

Description We are currently seeking to hire an experienced
LTC/Geriatric nurse who has experience working at a skilled nursing
facility. Your experience, knowledge, and wisdom will help align
with our mission of exemplary resident care. As an RN Nurse Manager
you are part of our leadership team at The Mount. This is an

the bottom line. The role of the Nurse Manager involves managing 2
long-term care units/skilled nursing facilities. You are part of
the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and
24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients
and all employee assigned to your units. You will be mentoring,
teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes
that are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed
this position so that you do not participate in admissions or care

sufficient for licensure Washington Registered Nurse License upon
hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30
days of hire 2 years as an RN in LTC, Transitional Care Unit, or
comparable setting. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in
Nursing Advanced certification in Minimum Data Set-Resident
Assessment Instrument (MDS-RAI), process and completion by the
American Association of Post-Acute Nursing upon hire Supervisory
experience with certified nursing assistants and licensed nurses
