Outdoors! Responsibilities Pediatrix is seeking a BC Neonatal
Hospitalist to become an integral part of our collaborative NICU
team at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, attached to Tacoma General
Hospital, a premier Level III/IV facility serving a diverse and

Hospitalist fellowship but have an interest in working with
neonates and within the NICU High-Impact Work : Be part of a
high-acuity NICU with approximately 4,000 annual deliveries , where

and their families. Work-Life Balance : Enjoy 24-hour in-house
shifts that allow for extended time off between rotations perfect

Diverse Clinical Experience : Rotate through Level II nurseries in
Auburn and Puyallup, gaining a broad spectrum of neonatal care
experience. Auburn Regional: Accepts babies ?34 weeks Good
Samaritan (Puyallup): Accepts babies ?32 weeks Supportive Team

to none. Qualifications BC Pediatrics with prior hospitalist
experience preferred but not required Benefits and Compensation Pay
Range (Base Pay) : $210,000-$240,000 Other Types of Pay : Bonus
potential Regular full-time is classified as team members who are
consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.

begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by
Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each
calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a
minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the
year. Paid Sick Leave : Eligible full-time team members will
receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is
more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on
January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a
prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant
will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long
as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted
under this policy does not carry over from one year to the
following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for
unused sick leave upon termination of employment. Method of
