Should Apply: - Hourly Pay: $42 – $52/hr - Pay based on experience,
tenure, and weekly hours worked - $42/hr for entry-level RNs
working ~30 hours/week - Up to $52/hr for highly experienced RNs
working 36 hours/week - $8,000 Sign-On Bonus - Referral Bonus for

available Role Responsibilities: - Deliver skilled, compassionate
nursing care based on the physician-approved plan - Administer
medications, treatments, and other interventions with clinical
accuracy - Document assessments, patient progress, and nursing
activities with precision - Educate patients and families on care
plans, medications, and health maintenance - Coordinate care with
physicians and other healthcare providers ? What We’re Looking For:
- Active Washington or Compact RN License (Required) - Excellent
attention to detail and clinical accuracy - Strong organizational
and time management skills - Effective communication and
conflict-resolution abilities - Home health experience preferred,
