Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – GI/Endoscopy Location: Renton, WA 98055 Job Type: Contract | 12 Weeks Shift: Days | 4x10s | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 40 hrs/week Position Summary Seeking a skilled and flexible GI/Endo Procedural RN to support both inpatient and outpatient endoscopy services. The nurse will primarily be assigned to the Endo Center but may be floated to the hospital’s main unit. Strong IV and patient assessment skills are a must. This position is best suited for a quick learner who can adapt easily to new processes. Key Responsibilities Provide care for patients in Phase II recovery and pre-admit (ratios: 1:2) Assist with common GI procedures such as colonoscopies, EGD, cautery, dilation Support anesthesia team; must be comfortable in a procedural setting Rare intra-op duties unless endoscopy specialty is validated onsite Maintain clear, accurate documentation within Epic EMR Required Qualifications Active Washington State RN license Minimum 1 year of GI/Endoscopy or procedural RN experience BLS & ACLS (AHA) certified Strong IV insertion and assessment skills
