• Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week). Requires some weekend and holiday coverage.
• Average daily census of 8-20 newborns.
• Work alongside in-house neonatologists for seamless support.
• Provide care for unassigned newborns, including admissions, discharges, and progress notes.

    • Current APRN national specialty certification
    • Minimum of a master's degree
    • Ideal for experienced PNPs with newborn nursery experience.Benefits And CompensationPay Range (Base Pay): $115,000 - $135,000 per year and is based on years of relevant experience.Regular Full-time Is Classified As Team Members Who Are Consistently Scheduled And Work 30 Hours Or More On a Weekly Basis.
