seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Nurse Practitioner or PA-C
to join our innovative Hepatobiliary (HPB) program at Tacoma
General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. This is a unique
opportunity to be a foundational member of a specialty team and
play a central role in shaping a program focused on advanced
surgical care within MultiCare Cancer Institute.This role offers
the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping to build and
grow a surgical practice in a supportive and collaborative

- Location: Tacoma General Hospital (Tacoma, WA)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (daytime hours)
- Clinic/OR Time: Variable, mix of surgical assist and outpatient
care
- Office Setup: Shared office space with 2 dedicated exam
rooms
- Support Team: Includes RN, Medical Assistant, and Scheduling
Coordinator
- Medical Director Oversight: HPB Program Leadership
- Compensation Range: $136,985-$157,453 base + annual quality

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Washington State (or eligible
for licensure)
- First Assist experience or certification strongly
preferred
- Strong interest in surgical care and hepatobiliary

Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package,
including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement
benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency
laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates
hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 -
$185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to
applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of
experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position
is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the
appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of
