Our campus and team is truly one of a kind.The Nurse is responsible for managing the day to day resident health services and supervising clinical needs during the assigned shift. You will have Nursing Assistants to assist in your daily responsibilities and managers on the floor if needed. We are a team that works together to accomplish the day to day duties and responsibilities.*Schedule: *Full Time NOC - 12'sORPRN*Pay Scale: *RN - $44.45 to $53.41 /hour depending on shift differential and experience*+ EVE and NOC Differentials**We offer: *100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week (Option to buy-up if desired). Employees are able to enroll in our companys 403(B) plan (Eligibility on 403b 20+ hours per week) We match 50 cents for every dollar saved up to 10% of your annual salary. Matching begins the first of the quarter following 1 year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 16 paid time off days, 6 paid holidays and 3 personal days. Pro-rated paid time off is available to part-time employees.*In Addition, we offer: *Employee Assistant Program (EAP) through Wellspring Family ServicesGymFree ParkingBeautiful walking paths around the community*Primary Responsibilities:** Practices high standards of nursing care and implement the policies and procedures of the nursing department.* Provides resident directed services that honor individual lifestyles and preferences. Promotes that the Penrose Center is home for the resident.* Consults with attending physicians for treatments, medications, rehabilitation, etc.* Notifies attending physicians, family members and members of the neighborhood team when there is a change in the residents condition.* Completes medication and treatment passes in accordance with state regulation and facility policy.* Completes medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies and chartings.* Provides leadership with coaching and mentoring to the neighborhood team. Provides supervision for NACs daily tasks and routine care of residents.*Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:** Current unencumbered Washington State RN license.* Food Handlers permit, CPR and First Aide.All Herons Key employees must pass a criminal background check and other pre-employment requirements.
