CHI Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital--is a 60-bed freestanding inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital which opened in 2018. Here, we--serve--patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. The hospital is a joint venture partnership between CHI Franciscan Health and Kindred Healthcare.-------- ----
Provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The range for this position will be $27 to $37.81 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this pay range, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this range.

--Qualifications

• 
  Graduate of accredited licensed practical/ vocational nurse program.
  
  
• 
  Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
  
  
• 
  CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
  
  
• 
  IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred
  
  
• 
  Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
