Daily Patient Volume: 1-2 OR; 9/10 Clinic/Consults
Additional Providers/Support Staff: 4 Surgeons 4 PAs

Lic/Certs: Active WA lic BLS ABLS ACLS
BC/BE: BC

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Start Date: 6/7/23
Duration: Ongoing
Shift: M-F 7a-3p for daytime
Call Details: 7a-7a for 24hr call 1:5 Rotation Housing/Travel: Reimbursable
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: NPs must be able to independently perform EVH and first assist Will require 2 days of Epic training/1-2 days of shadowing
