TMS Clinical Treatment Specialist at Keays Medical GroupOur clinic specializes in providing excellent care for Fibromyalgia and Depression patients using the treatment and delivery of TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). Due to the sensitivity and complexity of our patient's conditions, we are looking for an empathetic, genuine, and compassionate team member who will bring a positive attitude to our fast-paced clinic.The TMS Treater is responsible for caring and providing the highest quality of TMS treatment to our patients, Monday - Friday. Because each round of TMS is 36 consecutive days of treatment sessions, lasting 20-45 minutes each, we are looking for a reliable and dependable person to truly connect and offer our patients the best possible care. Our concierge style approach creates a relaxing, open, and healing environment between you and your patients so you can better get to know and understand each patient's case. During each session, we offer our patients music, conversation, quiet time, blankets etc. to ensure they are comfortable. TMS treaters must be confident enough to start conversation or sit silently if that is what the patient prefers. Being able to read a patient's demeanor and communicate effectively with them are highly valuable skills for adjusting to their ever-changing needs. We take pride in our successful TMS program and want to add a team member who understands and supports our vision: keeping patient care their top priority. Tasks/ResponsibilitiesObtaining vitals Completing Neurostar Training/Certification (Training Provided Upon Hire) -Operating the TMS Chair Observing, communicating with, supporting, and working with sensitive patients. Accurately document daily patient visits electronically using Athena Software.Monitoring the progress of each patient weekly to ensure we are providing quality, helpful care. Multi-tasking - being able to communicate with patients while typing charts and documenting interactions. Checking inboxes, faxes, prescriptions, voicemails, answering phones, scheduling, and stocking etc. to assist with clinic needs. Cross training to assist with office coverage of all other clinic functions. -Education and Experience. -One year in a medical setting with experience with providing treatments to patients preferred. -Customer service experience - - -Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hourPowered by JazzHR
