Evolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist for Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA. -We are looking to hire ASAP and we offer great benefits. Speech Therapist assess and help people who may have speech, language, voice and fluency conditions and we need someone like you with your skills and expertise. - -

• Must have a Negative COVID test prior to starting assignment
• Shift: M-F, 8-10-hour days (some weekends)
• Start date: ASAPQualifications/Requirements:
  • Skilled nursing facility -(SNF) experience
  • 1 year experience
  • Must have worked within the last five years
  • Must have a Speech Language Therapist Certification (CCC-SLP) by (ASHA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Quality Assurance
  • Must have a Negative COVID test prior to starting assignment (the test must be completed no more than 7 days before the start date)We need someone with these key skills.
