  Job Qualifications
  
  Washington
  • Unrestricted Dental Hygiene License OR Dental Hygiene Renewable Limited License
  • Local anesthesia endorsement; Required
  • Restorative function endorsement; Preferred
  • Dental Hygiene License required and in good standingAdditional qualifications
