Full-time Back Office Medical Assistant to join their team! Are you

community.Back Office Assistant / Medical AssistantAs a Back Office
Assistant / Medical Assistant, you are directly involved in
ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. As a
true people person you will thrive in this environment as you greet
patients warmly and triage them upon arrival. You will prepare them
to see the physician by obtaining their histories, vital signs, and
weight/height measurements. You assist with examinations,
procedures, and treatments and are always a calming presence for
our patients. You also use your excellent communication skills and
phone etiquette as you interact through various means of
communication.You prepare examination and procedure rooms so that
they are always in order, set up, and ready for each new patient.
You are intent on maintaining a clean and safe environment by
sterilizing medical instruments. You can plan on some
administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and procedures
for patients and manage the necessary documents such as
pre-authorizations, medical records, and test results. You also
ensure that everything is properly documented in our computer
system. This fast-paced environment will keep you on your toes, but
your positive attitude will ensure your success at FASA. You are
