Description The Nursing Assistant Certified is responsible for performing and documenting, as appropriate, specific patient care delivery at the direction and under the supervision of an RN or LPN. Required qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Washington State approved Nursing Assistant Certification Course.
• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred qualifications:
