Responsibilities: * Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care * Supervise execution of the resident plan of care and participate in development of the plan of care * Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate Qualifications: * Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school * Current unencumbered RN license in the state of WA * Current BLS certification * Prior experience in an sub-acute care or long term care setting is preferred Facility Information Nestled in the Pacific Northwest in scenic Tacoma, Washington is Avamere Heritage Rehabilitation of Tacoma, an 89-bed skilled nursing community.
