We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a variety of
open In Home LPN positions and welcome any and all levels of
experience! Schedules are flexible and pay is competitive!Full-time
or part-time, we have In Home Care shifts at all times of day (and
night), so whatever shifts work for you well have a position that
matches. We also have live-in, overnight, and weekend care
positions available!In Home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job
Summary: * Implementing the plan of care * Provide accurate,
detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
and the nursing process* Prepare, administer, and appropriately
document actions taken specific to the commonly prescribed oral,
topical, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications* Observe,
reports, and record adverse reactions to medications and/or
treatment to the registered nurse * Perform wound care and
recognize the need for and institute emergency measures in a rapid
and appropriate mannerIn Home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications:* Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing* Valid
State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* Current CPR
certification* Valid State Drivers License and Auto Insurance
