RNAC / MDS Coordinator Montesano, WA We have a new employment opportunity for an MDS Coordinator / RNAC in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC / SNF) in Montesano, Washington. We seek a skilled MDS Coordinator with clinical reimbursement, care planning, MDS 3.0, and case mix experience. Prior MDS experience is required. This is a full-time position. To assure accuracy the MDS Coordinator participates in nursing home quality assurance activities such as monitoring Quality Care Indicators and carrying out quality improvement initiatives. As leader of the Care Plan team, this position has responsibility for coordination of resident care between departments. The MDS Coordinator will provide guidance to facility employees pertaining to RAI processes and their correlation to resident care and reimbursement. This person must carefully follow revisions to MDS/PPS requirements and ensure compliance with current regulations. We require a Registered Nurse / RN for this MDS Coordinator position.
