Job Description:
Function: Supervise team functions and services for Adult
Residential Treatment Facility. Provide clinical oversight and
supervision to staff. Serves as a member of an organization that
welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness
needs.Responsibilities:* Supervise assigned employees. Recruit,
interview, recommend hire, orient, schedule and assign work,
provide training and development as appropriate, provide
consultation, counsel, manage and appraise performance, recommend
and provide discipline as needed and as assigned, and recommend
termination of employment as necessary. Support employee retention
and professional growth. Provide input to budget as requested.*
Assist and manage the recruitment and retention clinical staff and
resources.* Supervise and ensure the successful completion of
contract outcomes and legal requirements. * Supervise staff
training programs, and components.* Provide clinical supervision to
assigned staff.* Manage the day to day operations of a Residential
Treatment Facility. Provide consultation and oversight to staff.*
Oversee and ensure agency and program compliance with applicable
Federal, State, and local laws, licensing, agency policies and
procedures, contracts, and all other regulations, requirements, and
standards as required.* Participate in a management team meetings
and other meetings requiring supervisory attendance.* Supervise the
completion and maintenance of clinical files in accordance with
agency policy.* Participate in Quality Assurance activities and
work to ensure effective evaluation, modification, and improvement
of program services. * Develop and implement program outcomes and
outcome studies as assigned by Program Manager or Program
Director.* Assist in developing a program work plan consistent with
program goals and objectives.* Ensure the effective integration of
all program components.* Ensure effective operation and contract
delivery of city-funded short-term stabilization beds. *
Collaborate with other supervisory and clinical employees to
develop annual training program.* Work with the Program Director to
ensure adequate revenue and control of program expenses. * Develop
and maintain productive relationships with referral services and
contract payors. * Participate in and help to manage admissions
processes.* Work with the Program Manager and Program Director
regarding the development of additional community resources. *
Identify and recommend program modification as needed to maintain
compliance with legal, contractual, and policy changes. * Ensure
that employees maintain ethical and professional standards of
practice.* In addition to the above, perform other duties as
assigned.Competencies:* Provides consistent professional and

and contributes to a positive work environment.* Demonstrates
appropriate boundaries and values and professional demeanor and
behavior.* Use "recovery" language (i.e. respectful, hopeful,
person-centered, non-judgmental)Qualifications:* Master's degree in
social work or related field + 2 years' experience in direct
service delivery. Meet WAC requirements for Mental Health
Professional. * WA State credential/license.* Working knowledge of
agency and program policies and procedures, contracts, and
licensing requirements as required.* Skilled in MS Word and
Outlook.* Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal
communications skills.* Demonstrated ability to multi-task,
prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and
maintain confidentiality.* Availability to work varied hours,
including evenings and weekends if needed.* Valid Washington State
driver's license; proof of insurance.Comprehensive Life Resources
