Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community but around the world.In the role of Senior Power Project Manager General, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing and coordinating work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out).
  • Managing all aspects of large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
  • Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
  • Establishing and maintaining client relations, participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work efforts to stay within budget and schedule.
  • Collaborating with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for project reviews.
  • Implementing QA/QC procedures.
  • Supervising large project staffs and mentoring less-experienced Project Managers.
  • Performing other duties as needed.Preferred Qualifications
    • License/certification (PMP or similar).
    • Familiarity with Primavera or SureTrak software.
    • Experience working in the Power industry.Required Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
      • At least 10 years of related experience.
      • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating, scheduling, and project management software.
      • Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
