your community but around the world.In the role of Senior Power
Project Manager General, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing and coordinating work of single or multidisciplinary
teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development &
initiation to close-out).
- Managing all aspects of large multidisciplinary projects or
medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a
large project staff.
- Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
- Establishing and maintaining client relations, participating in
marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff
and stakeholders.
- Coordinating staffing and workload throughout the project
lifecycle to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work
efforts to stay within budget and schedule.
- Collaborating with Accounting, Operational, and Business
leadership for project reviews.
- Implementing QA/QC procedures.
- Supervising large project staffs and mentoring less-experienced
Project Managers.
- Performing other duties as needed.Preferred Qualifications
- License/certification (PMP or similar).
- Familiarity with Primavera or SureTrak software.
- Experience working in the Power industry.Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating, scheduling, and
project management software.
- Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and
interpersonal skills.
