Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our West Region Stop
Loss Benefits team as an Account Manager!
About the role
As the Stop Loss Account Manager, you will play a key role in
managing new and renewal business in tandem with our sales
representatives in support of the collective sales goals. You will
assist and work in partnership with the sales representative and
Home Office personnel, including support services, underwriting,
and management resources, to contribute value-added solutions to
help meet sales growth and persistency objectives. Through
effective day-to-day account management, you'll build strong
working relationships with assigned accounts, brokers, and internal
teams to meet customer expectations. The position requires a solid
understanding of our internal procedures and renewal processes to
provide detailed and timely responses to our clients and business
partners.

Compensation
$28.93 - $48.24 hourly plus eligibility for Company Annual
