date.ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Director oversees daily
operations, staff relations, resident engagement, financial
performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
include:
- Managing community operations, staff, and resident
relations.
- Developing and implementing business plans to enhance community
reputation and financial performance.
- Leading and motivating staff, fostering teamwork, and ensuring
adequate staffing.
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality staff.
- Ensuring high resident satisfaction and addressing concerns
proactively.
- For assisted living or memory care, collaborating with clinical
leaders to meet residents' care needs.
- Managing finances to meet revenue and profitability goals,
exploring revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.
- Driving sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and
revenue targets.
- Building relationships with community stakeholders and
representing the community externally.
- Maintaining property standards and compliance with policies and
regulations.This overview is not exhaustive; additional duties may
be assigned as needed.QualificationsEducation and Experience: High
school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. At
least two years of operational leadership experience required, with
additional experience substituting for education.Certifications and
Licenses: Valid administrator license as required by state; valid
driver's license and access to a vehicle.Skills: Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft
Office; ability to prioritize and delegate effectively; sound
judgment and problem-solving skills.Physical Demands and
