Operations Medication Adherence Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Operations, Medication Adherence.
Key Responsibilities:

Establishing goals, metrics, and strategies for a high-volume engagement team focused on medication adherence
Managing a team of managers and pharmacy technicians across multiple time zones
Working with stakeholders to develop and execute clinical pharmacy initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
MBA, MHA, MPH, or PharmD preferred
At least 10 years of leadership experience, clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare preferred
Experience managing through CRM systems and strong analytical skills
