Foundations Finance Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Foundations Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:

Liaison between business unit finance staff and Global Development and Donor Stewardship Teams
Ensure compliance with donor intent, financial best practices, and TNC policies and procedures
Provide advisory, analysis, and review services for proposal budgets and financial reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 5 years' related experience or equivalent combination
Technical expert on complex accounting/financial issues
Experience with Office Connect (Workday Excel function) and GAAP
Experience developing and/or reviewing budgets in collaboration with business partners
Experience monitoring for and ensuring compliance with organizational policy, applicable law and regulation, and finance/accounting/management best practice
