Job Description:
The Mobile Service Expense Manager is responsible for driving
accuracy and timeliness on all booking and submittal of travel
expenses with the mobile team. The ability to support in all
functions and platforms being utilized within the department is a
critical success factor. Salary: The salary for this position is
anticipated to range between $70,000-75,000 per year plus
incentive. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the
qualifications necessary for the position, including but not
limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted
by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a
candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and
quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most
candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The
upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates
with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history
will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In
addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits

PTO, paid holidays, and more. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management and Support of expense team
- Cross trained in all areas of expenses (car, hotel, air,
Oracle)
- Proficient in Oracle entry and reconciliation
- Billing issues/concerns to be discussed and worked on with
Payroll Manager
- Daily communication with Mobile Service Manager- Dispatch
- Ability to work with customer and MAM on any collection
issues
- Hotel rate negotiation
- Monitoring of hotel and car rental bills for incidentals
- Support and collaborative effort with MAM on all A/R
concerns
- Work with Director of Field Operations on weekly auditing of
Expenses
- Work with VMS and Payroll Manager on timely submittals of
expenses in any VMS portals
- Re-submittal and editing of any invoices as needed
- Weekly KPI reporting to Managing Director of National
Accounts
- Month end responsibilities to include- Oracle reporting and
consolidation QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years in accounting, finance, or reconciliation related
functions
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Prior experience with a multi-unit organization preferred.
- Strong team leadership skills, including coaching and
mentoring.
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiation.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with
both employees and customers
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and
meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
