About the Role: The General Manager, Operations supports the Regional President ("RP") and Chief Medical Officer ("CMO") in managing regional administrative operations, cross-enterprise initiatives, regional operations, and projects as assigned by the Regional President. The primary function of this role is to multiply the effectiveness of the RP and CMO, by proxying for these leaders in relation to regional projects, regional implementations, and the implementation of strategic planning processes. This position has a visible presence throughout the region and work progress relies on this person's ability to establish professional relationships with regional leaders, Sound functional leaders, as well as hospital and health system C-suite executives and their support personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for:
      • Implementing strategic planning processes, organizing tasks as well as parties responsible (often, this role may be the party solely responsible), tracking deadlines as well as parties responsible for completing components, providing reminders to responsible parties, and reporting progress updates to the respective senior leader/s (RP and/or CMO)
      • Building logical and effective dashboards, pivot tables, performance metrics (including KPIs), as well as clinical reports, as requested
      • Data Ownership, including the maintenance and integrity of regional data resources in Salesforce and SharePoint.
      • Independently gathering material and data points from various sources to create first drafts of presentations and documents, ensuring the materials are aligned with Sound's marketing brand
      • Managing regional events, by way of creating materials, coordinating presenters, managing budget, researching vendor costs, negotiating rates, arranging facilities as well as catering, signing contracts, planning entertainment, conducting planning calls, and communicating arrangements to the broader team
      • Acting as a delegate in UKG (for PTO requests), Concur (expense & travel), and Yooz (G&A invoices) to review, approve, decline, and respond to submissions requesting additional information necessary to consider approval, using the guidelines established by the RP and CMO.
      • Analyzing regional reporting, identifying concerning trends. Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans. Collaborate with our performance management group and regional leadership team to collect data monthly to support driving improvements in clinical performance.
      • Identifying areas where regional operations may be improved and draft proposed solutions for RP and CMO to consider for implementation
        • Regionally monitoring the G&A budget, tracking budget allocations, spend, reallocations, solicit approvals, and work with the Director of Finance to ensure accuracy of budget assumptions
        • Partnering with Leadership to ensure completion of annual education requirements
        • Functioning as point-person to manage and oversee all new sites implementations for the region, ensuring regional stakeholders are aware of their deliverables, timelines are tracked, action items are on track to be met in advance of all deadlines, perform work needed to fill any gaps, provide progress updates to RP and CMO, and escalate/loop in RP as necessary
        • Leading the annual Net Promotor Survey (NPS) project for the region, ensuring action items are tracked and deliverables are met, stakeholders are updated, partner feedback is disseminated to site leaders as responses trickle in, feedback action plans are developed, and impacts from the action plans are assessed and internally reported on
        • Managing the Retention Risk Process for the region, assigning a risk value to each site, tracking areas of risk as well as remedial action plans to mitigate risks, track contract renewal dates, track dates/times of reporting to partner sites in the areas of risk being managed, track partner's areas of concern for later action plans and reporting, and suggest for inclusions on DWR A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of a combination of these values, skills, knowledge, and experience: Competencies:

                • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Finance or equivalent experience
                • Working knowledge of business operations, data informatics, basic accounting, and quality measures
                • Knowledge of Process Improvement methodology desirable Experience
                  • 5+ years of experience leading collaborative projects with stakeholders in multiple departments
                  • 5+ years' experience in operational management, managing multi-site operations
                  • Experience in project management processes; knowledge of project management software tools, templates, and management techniques Other Details:
