We have multiple projects ranging from highway preservation and improvement projects to fish barrier removal projects. Using your experience, youll lead Plans, Specification, and Estimates (PS&E) project(s) with a regional delivery team model with delivery team members across Jacobs.At Jacobs, were partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates.   • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • Washington Professional Engineer (P.E.) (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • At least 8 years of experience on transportation projects including experience as a discipline lead.
  • Experience delivering PS&E for transportation agencies
  • Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelinesIdeally, youll also have:
    • Experience delivering PS&E for WSDOT, FHWA, or Municipal Clients in Washington State.
    • MicroStation, Inroads experience
