Description Infection Prevention Manager - Quality Assurance at Providence Centralia Hospital The Infection Prevention Manager is accountable for implementation of and compliance with policies, practices, and processes of the infection prevention program at the ministry, region, and system level. In collaboration with the IP program director, IP medical director, and Infection Preventionists, the Service Area Infection Prevention Manager will follow all current local, state, and federal guidelines, standards, and regulations. Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Laboratory Science, Nursing, Public Health, or other health-related field
• 7 years healthcare experience
• 7 years infection prevention or epidemiology experience
• 2 years managerial experience
• Certification by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Prevention (CBIC)
• APIC Fellowship Standing, or obtained within 2 years of hire
