Join SIMOS as our next Managing Director of Peak Teams. The transition into a partnership can be made or broken by the experience. As our Managing Director of Peak Teams, you will lead and manage our Peak Teams staffing solution implementations. Typical project launch times will be 2 to 3 weeks per project. With a primary focus of driving efficiencies, management of the associate staff is paramount to project success. When applicable, you will train project managers who will lead the project beyond initial implementation. What is our Peak Teams solution? Peak Teams will deploy project teams for short- to mid-term assignments for clients who may be experiencing the following situations in their business: accelerated growth and expansion, an unexpected influx in demand or a peak season, a project that requires scaling up and down quickly, recruiting issues due to being in a hard-to-recruit talent market or rural area or in need of a highly skilled team. Skills: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Know your area of responsibility and customer/contractual expectations including knowing the KPIs, safety standards, inventory, agreements, keys to success, and rules and regulations. Establish daily production tracking with the client. Perform quality audits throughout the shift. Execute daily reporting for attendance, production, safety, and quality with client and internal operations team. Escalate areas of project scope creep to Vice President of Peak Teams. ASSOCIATE MANAGEMENT Establish daily start of shift communication with employees. Monitor and report on any unexpected activity like injuries, violence, or customer service concerns. Direct leads as to what needs to be completed and coordinate labor needs with the client. Ensure staffing requirements are met. Attend operations meetings, maintain attendance and provide corrective action if necessary, provide documented training on all processes, complete employee observation audits, and complete project plan. REPORTING Review the production tracking with the client. Review any coaching and progress documentation of all employees. Ensure that there is documentation for safety training and that the site complies. Ensure all reports listed on the implementation checklist are completed. Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience in call centers, warehouse, distribution, and/or manufacturing environments
    • At least 2 years of customer service and/or client relations experience
