The value-based care offering is rapidly growing and expanding to meet the needs of the market. Over the past 6+ years, Sound has developed an innovative approach to delivering value-based care and has built partnerships with health systems, health plans, accountable care organizations, and other risk-bearing provider groups. Sound's value-based care team is dedicated to improving care and lowering costs for patients in the communities we serve.
About the role:This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing service line for Sound Physicians in a high energy, intense, fun, and rewarding environment. The Director of Marketing, Value-Based Care reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications and has one direct report. This role will be responsible for the planning, development, optimization, and management of marketing activities supporting and promotions Sound's Value-Based Care services.The Director of Marketing, Value-Based Care will partner strategically with the Value-Based Care leadership and business development team to identify and address targeted needs. This can include, but is not limited to, building and implementing a marketing strategy designed to create brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support the sales team with lead nurturing campaigns to physician groups, health plans, ACOs, hospitals/health systems, and other risk-bearing entities. We are looking for a candidate who can navigate changes in a flexible manner and will bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role!
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan end-to-end to include highly-effective marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing for Sound's value-based care offerings
  • Collaborate with the value-based care team, business development, and marketing leadership to develop a robust marketing strategy and translate it into tactical plans
  • Take brand ownership by developing Sound's value-based care value proposition and ensuring consistency in messaging across offerings and channels
  • Develop and provide direction for robust content creation including ,but not limited to, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, videos, one-pagers, and infographics
  • Manage Sound's value-based care brand by developing messaging and ensuring consistency across channels
  • Manage national conference exhibits for Sound's value-based care offerings
  • Identify trends and insights from marketing activities to optimize spend and performance
  • Stay current on industry news and regulations to ensure marketing approach is innovative and compelling
  • Manage semi-annual reviews of marketing materials to ensure content stays up-to-date
  • Lead and develop the marketing team for Sound's value-based care offerings

        • BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
        • Deep understanding and experience with integrated marketing
        • Demonstrable experience with marketing strategy and developing/executing omni-channel campaigns
        • Digital marketing experience
        • Strong writing skills (content development)
          • 10 or more years working in a marketing leadership role.
          • Experience managing complex projects and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
          • Demonstrated experience in grasping complex concepts and translate them into key messagingOther Details:
            • This role will travel up to 25%.
            • Sitting at desk/working on computer up to eight hours a day
