Engineering DirectorGrays Harbor Public Utility District is seeking a full-time Engineering Director to oversee its Engineering, Substation, and Meter Departments. Duties and tasks include performance management and setting strategic direction for supervisors and superintendents, employee hiring and development, work planning, collaborative problem solving and coordination with other departments, managing change, and budgeting, all in support of the safe, reliable delivery of high value utility services by professionally constructing, operating and maintaining the District's systems.Required qualifications include a BSEE and 10 years of utility engineering experience or equivalent experience and education.
