Technical Leadership

• The position leads our Oracle SaaS program initiatives and will work closely with the executive leaders across the business.
• Responsible for the project relationships with implementation partners used for the building and delivery of new capabilities
• While coordinating our efforts to deliver new functions it will also be expected that this role insures a seamless knowledge transfer between implementers and the TB Oracle Support team so our user community gets the best support regardless of who they are partnered with to solve their needs.
• This leader will provide leadership to our extended Oracle Cloud team in the US and India to foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide exceptional support to TrueBlue's global shared service organization.Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Technology, Business or Finance; preference for an MBA
  • Ten years of Enterprise Application Leadership/Product Ownership, responsible for the implementation and support of complex systems addressing ERP and HCM functions
  • Seven years of hands on experience in project delivery, requirement specifications, solution design and architecture, application configuration and subject matter expert coaching
  • Three years of leading Oracle Cloud SaaS deployments
