ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our Client for the following role: Job Summary: Community Association Manager to manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, work closely with the Board of Directors of each assigned community and within the Companys policies and procedures. Job Id#: EB-1854535305 Job Responsibilities: To manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations Conduct association business as outlined and required within the management contract, ensuring all obligations are met Enforce rules and restrictions of contract terms and requirements Manage association business as directed and in compliance with regulations, association covenants and by-laws Solicit requests for bids, present to the Board of Directors, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and projects as required Make appropriate recommendations to the Board in a timely manner Finalize and approve written reports for distribution Attend monthly Board meetings Perform property inspections of assigned portfolio Job Qualifications: 2-4+years experience as a Community Association Manager, managing a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations Strong customer service, communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships with the Board of Directors Successful contract negotiation, vendor selection and project management skills Able to multi-task, manage changing priorities and have good time management Proficient using MS Office Suite with ability to learn new software easily CMCA or AMS is preferred Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience and Certifications.
