The primary function of the Director of Marketing is to identify, plan, organize, lead and coordinate marketing success activities across Sprague. As part of the company''s Senior Leadership Team, this role will help to position the company to achieve its exciting growth plans.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate with a ''one company, sales and service'' mindset and interact effectively with team members across the organization to achieve resultsParticipate in the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategic planning objectives for the futureSupport the organization in developing strategic marketing plansSupport all requests for proposals (RPFs) in a timely and accurate mannerPerform problem solving for clients with service, administrative or general client issues and coordinate Sprague operational and support resources to address current client needsContribute to a favorable public image of Sprague by establishing and maintaining relationships and participation in the community (civic, industry, and professional)Assure appropriate communications links between client and Sprague are established and maintainedDevelop, administer and review marketing budgetCreate and manage calendar of events and campaignsContinually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan as necessaryResponsible for spearheading and supporting internal branding and culture buildingOversee website development and improvements; collaborates with IT department as neededManage customer portal; able and willing to train others as neededCollaborates with other departments as needed to create effective, professional and tactful communications to deliver to the companyManage customer communication (internal/external communications) and continually develop relationshipsPerforms other duties as needed and directed by the PresidentCompensationSalary, DOEPaid Time Off, Vacation, and HolidaysSuperb leave and time off policy.Benefits ProgramMedical, Vision, Dental, FSA / HSA options, Life and Disability insurance401(k) Retirement Plan4.5% matching if you contribute 6%.100% matching up to 3% then 50% matching up to 6%.Requirements* 4 year college degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience* 3+ years of related marketing experience* Experience with a variety of computer programs to include Microsoft Office and database programSprague Pest Solutions is an Equal Opportunity employer and promotes diversity through a culture of inclusion and opportunity.
