A top non-profit medical center in the Seattle-Tacoma area is urgently hiring for a RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care to join their Intensive Care nursing leadership team.
Reporting to the RN Director of Critical Care Services, the RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care will work alongside a Nurse Manager ICU and oversee an experienced team of 35 FTEs including Telemetry Charge Nurses and Telemetry Staff RNs. The RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care will mentor staff and develop educational programs to achieve department goals.
The RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care will oversee a 34-bed Telemetry unit, which is the busiest unit in the hospital. In collaboration with the Director of Telemetry, the RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care will oversee day-to-day unit operations, staff management and development, regulatory compliance, and departmental budget.
The RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and patient care management for this large, busy Telemetry unit. Strong teaching and communication skills will prepare the RN Manager Telemetry Critical Care to interact with nursing staff, patients, and their families to achieve quality patient outcomes.
