your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking
for safety and quality minded Senior Manufacturing Managers (Level
L) to lead parts of Boeing Commercial Airplane's 737 North Line
Team in Everett, Washington on multiple shifts. A manager in this
role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and
program goals while developing a work environment that promotes
accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. Position
Responsibilities: - Leads by demonstrating and holding all
accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors. - Leads, develops
and motivates employees and first-level managers. - Manages
employees and first-level managers performing activities within
multiple manufacturing disciplines. - Develops and executes
integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides
input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and
objectives. - Acquires resources for department activities,
provides technical management of suppliers and leads process
improvements. - Develops and maintains relationships and
partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and
direct reports. - Provides oversight and approval of technical
approaches, products and processes. This position is expected to be
100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite
in Renton (in the initial stages) and then in Everett. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 5 years of
experience in aerospace manufacturing - 3 years of experience in a
leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to
meet business objectives and influence change - Ability to work any
shift including weekends and overtime Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): - 3 years of experience in lean
processes and initiatives - 3 years of experience in coaching,
guiding and mentoring teams - 3 years of experience in working to
lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality
and cost - 3 years of experience working within a cross-functional

considerations. Summary Pay Range: $141,300 - $172,700 Applications
