Job Description Job Description Salary: $130,000 - $185,000 Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer PE with a passion for site development projects in Seattle? Join LPD Engineering, a dynamic, woman-owned firm specializing in civil site design, erosion control, utilities, site layout, grading, paving, stormwater management, and infrastructure improvements. We're seeking a talented Civil Engineer PE with 10 years of experience to contribute to our team of experts. You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, including educational campuses, civic facilities, parks, residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies Develop detailed civil site design plans and specifications Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success Oversee construction activities and provide technical support Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10 years of experience in civil site development Professional Engineer (PE) license Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including clients, team members, and stakeholders.
