your future with us. Boeing's Safety, Security, & Airworthiness
(SSA) organization is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer –
Compliance/Certification to join their Regulatory Administration
System Oversight Team in Everett, WA . The individual will have the
opportunity to contribute to critical monitoring initiative and
collaborate with industry – leading professional and regulatory
agencies Primary responsibilities: Leads the identification,
analysis, and assessment of regulatory and contractual compliance
of aerospace systems, products and services. Collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders to define airworthiness and
regulatory compliance requirements Reviews complex regulatory and
customer requirements and develop monitoring strategies. (i.e.
Certification) Leads analysis of regulatory and certification
technical data for completeness and alignment to applicable
regulatory and contractual requirements. Develop the planning and
implementation of monitoring strategies. Research, investigates and
monitors compliance processes for achieving regulatory compliance
and recommends and leads process improvements, risk and
opportunities Engages with regulators on complex programs or
initiatives to shape certification strategies, approaches,
activities, and artifacts. Develops and reviews, complex compliance
reports and documents in accordance with applicable requirements
and regulations. Leads establishing and promoting global regulatory
advocacy strategies, trainings, tools, and methods. This position
is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite in Everett, WA. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills and Experience): 9 years of related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science 8 years of experience working across
the certification value stream. Experience working in International
Type Validation and/or Operational Certification 4 years of
experience with certification processes to comply with 14 CFR
21.93, 21.95 and 21.97 Systems thinker capable of making
engineering proposals based on data analysis and forecasting wide
reaching and longer-term impacts Experience developing
presentations and presenting to multiple levels of an organization
Experience investigating and finding solutions to complex technical
or regulatory issues Strong technical writing abilities Experience
extracting and compiling data from multiple sources Experience with
analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): 8 years of
experience identifying key stakeholder project specific
requirements and scope, then building and managing project plans 8
years of experience in business intelligence/data analytics tools
(Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.) Experience
with systems engineering and integration of complex systems
Experience with Risk Management Experience with audit activities
Experience with Functional Decomposition Firsthand experience with

Summary Pay Range : $129,700 - $174,80 Applications for this
