Commercial Training Solutions group has an opportunity for an
Integrated Program Support Management Specialist (Senior, or Lead)
in Seattle, WA. This is an onsite role supporting 737MAX, 787 and
777X Training Solutions programs. Training Solutions New
Development Programs is responsible for determining, creating,
testing, approval and deployment of any training materials or
products required to support both new or derivative BCA airplanes,
including significant updates or changes to BCA products that
require a cross-team integrated approach. Examples of this could be
leading an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for a new airplane such as
the 777X or an IPT for a new Flight Management System (FMS) where
updated or new training materials or products are needed for Flight
Training, Maintenance Training or other groups. We currently have
IPT’s in place for 777-9, 737MAX updates and 787 updates with
others expected in the future. Our teams are currently hiring for a
broad range of experience levels including; Senior, and Lead level
Integrated Program Support Management Specialists Position
Responsibilities: - Lead the Training Solutions MAX and 787
Integrated Product Team (IPT’s) - For all Training Solutions MAX
related statement of work such as MAX7, MAX10, BFMS; lead the IPT
through strategy alignment, scope and requirements management,
integrated planning & scheduling, financial budget forecasts
planning, RIO definition and mitigations, and supplier integration.
- For all Training Solutions 787 related statement of work such as
IGW, FDVI, ORW; lead the IPT through strategy alignment, scope and
requirements management, integrated planning & scheduling,
financial budget forecasts planning, RIO definition and
mitigations, and supplier integration. - Lead the IPT’s through the
execution of the plan and deliver Training Solutions products and
services per our commitments. - Report status of the Training
Solutions Performance to Plan to all stakeholders (Program-level
forums, Training Solutions Senior Leaders, Suppliers & Customers) -
Support 777X IPT related statement of work when required. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's degree or
higher - 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects
and working with senior leadership - Knowledge and experience of
Commercial Training Solutions products & services, systems and
processes - Experience in Program and project management,
determining requirements, schedule development and integration, and
delivering on commitments. - Ability to travel to support business
and team requirements (approximately 10% or occasional as required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 7 or more
years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of
education and experience - Knowledge and experience of BCA products
& services, systems and processes Typical Education/Experience:
Senior (Level 4) Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience (e.g. Master8 years' related work experience, 14
years' related work experience, etc.). Lead (Level 5)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
(e.g. Master13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related
