expertise? Amazon Transportation Services organization is looking
for a Technical Program Manager, who will be primarily responsible
to plan and manage the regional migration of our services.You will
work with leaders across the organization to achieve the migration
goals and the server footprint by each region in which Amazon
operates. Most importantly, you will have ownership of and
responsibility for delivering solutions that exceed our customers’
expectations. We need an individual, who is ready for this
challenge and who wants to reach beyond what is possible today. A
successful team member will be skilled at anticipating bottlenecks,
providing escalation management, balancing business needs with
technical constraints, and taking calculated risks to maximize
business benefit. They will be able to focus heavily on cross
functional communication to ensure key decisions and status
surrounding projects are clear to all. Successful candidates should
not only be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time
solutions, but should also be obsessed with contributing to the
development of high-performance teams through rigorous
goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics,
continuous process improvement and mentorship. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of teams and
customers, have a track record of on-time delivery of large scale
projects, and have the ability to operate independently and
autonomously. Maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence and
leadership skills are all essential. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years
of technical product or program management experience - 5 years of
working directly with engineering teams experience - 3 years of
software development experience - 5 years of technical program
management working directly with software engineering teams
experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional
teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of project management
disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with
risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing
projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable
processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining
KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and

the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base
pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest
geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic
market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent
on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms
of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation
