Job Description:

CalPortland is currently seeking an experienced Aggregate Plant Operator-Electrician who will be responsible for the operation and electrical maintenance of our aggregate plant facilities. This role combines electrical skills with daily operations, ensuring efficient plant operations and adherence to safety standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our aggregate production which is essential to our continuing success in the construction industry. Operate and monitor all sections of the aggregate plant, including crushers, screens, and conveyor systems. Perform routine electrical maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues on plant equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other team members to optimize plant operations. Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns. Record and report operational data, maintaining accurate documentation as required.
