from.Purpose & ObjectiveSAP's Corporate Marketing team is seeking a
Head of Blog Strategy and Platform to lead and enhance our business
blog ecosystem. This senior-level individual contributor will
develop and implement a comprehensive blogging strategy that not
only positions SAP as a leader in key topic areas, is discoverable,
and engaging, but that also delivers a superior customer
experience.Our business blog requires a visionary leader to drive
an ambitious editorial agenda, optimize performance through
data-driven insights, and ensure seamless operations. Though not a
direct manager, this role will work with a supporting cast that
encompasses content strategy, SEO, publishing operations, and
platform innovation, demanding both strategic vision and hands-on
execution, as well as the ability to drive progress and influence
without direct authority.Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and implement SAP's business blog strategy. Craft a
clear editorial direction that aligns with SAP's brand, audience
needs, and business objectives.
- Enhance user experience. Ensure SAP's blog offers a seamless,
intuitive, and engaging experience that reflects the standards of
an enterprise technology leader. Innovate in content, navigation,
and accessibility to improve how audiences interact with our
content.
- Drive impactful content. Use SEO, generative AI, and
data-driven insights to boost visibility, engagement, and
conversion, establishing SAP's blog as the premier destination for
enterprise decision-makers.
- Ensure content excellence. Collaborate with content
strategists, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to produce
valuable, high-quality blogs aligned with key marketing
initiatives.
- Manage the blog platform. Oversee the evolution of SAP's
business blog infrastructure, ensuring robust capabilities,
efficient publishing workflows, and scalable taxonomy.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration. Work across multiple
teams to integrate blogs seamlessly into SAP's content ecosystem,
supporting broader customer journey objectives.
- Establish governance and operations. Develop and enforce
guidelines for authorship, approvals, and optimization to maintain
consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Stay industry-informed. Monitor competitors, search trends, and
emerging technologies to keep SAP's blog strategy innovative and
competitive.Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in content strategy, digital publishing,
or editorial leadership, preferably within B2B enterprise
content.
- Proven expertise in blog content, content strategy, SEO best
practices, and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of content workflows, CMS platforms, and
performance analytics.
- Ability to collaborate within a matrixed organization and
influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Data-driven approach with experience leveraging insights to
refine content and editorial strategies.
- Commitment to creating exceptional user experiences, ensuring
content is high-quality, discoverable, accessible, and
engaging.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience elevating a blog program to industry-leading
status.
- Knowledge of AI-driven content optimization and
personalization.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a keen sense
for engaging enterprise audiences.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical

compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive
target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The
targeted combined range for this position is 142,500 -
327,100USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful
candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects
of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope
ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection
process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar
amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and
