We are recruiting for the following position(s):Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationReceptionist/Security - Posting Hourly Rate: $18.69Position Summary:Full-time receptionist position available for our Tacoma 11th St Medical Clinic. This is a clinic that offers services to the homeless population. We offer support services that also include showers and laundry.We are looking for customer service oriented candidates. The receptionist will be responsible for processing patient information. Making medical appointments and contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar, taking messages, etc. The ideal candidate must possess some problem-solving skills and must be able to communicate efficiently with our patients and be sensitive to their needs. Must demonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism as well as be able to multi-task and properly use basic office software.Education and/or Requirement:High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting.Medical terminology preferred.Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required.Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills necessary.Good organizational skills are a must.Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.What We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
