This position is located in Centralia, WA and is a Direct Hire position. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within an Office Support role ideally supporting HR/Payroll teams. Shift: Monday --- Friday --- 7am --- 4pm OR 8am --- 5pm (some flexibility available) Position Summary: We are in search for an energetic Office Specialist to join the Finance Organization. This dynamic position primarily provides the site operations team with administrative support as well as processing and reporting financial information. In addition, this role serves as the site HR administrator to support employees and process payroll information, aiding the regional HR Manager. Key Responsibilities and Duties: -- Accounts Payable Support; receiving against PO---s and processing vendor invoices -- By Product load tracking and invoicing -- Inventory management assistance and reporting using our business software -- Complete daily and monthly reports using Excel and information systems -- Onboarding of new employees within the HR/Payroll systems -- Review Bi-Weekly hourly employee payroll for accuracy -- Assist employees with basic policy and benefit questions -- Document storage/management and general office organization -- Greet visitors, providing safety instructions when needed -- Answer and route calls Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening -- Superior organization skills with strong attention to detail -- Ability to shift priorities and manage time effectively, completing a variety of work with changing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy -- Ability to handle highly confidential information and perform non-routine duties with discretion and independent judgment -- Excellent attendance record -- Works well in a team environment and is a Self-Starter Preferred Qualifications: -- Experience working in HR information systems -- Experience working in an office for a manufacturing company Feel you are the right fit?
