Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Team Lead Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
Review client queues daily and assign work to team members
Perform quality reviews to maintain 98% accuracy for the team
Train new team members and establish workflow expectations
Required Qualifications:
CCS certification preferred, but other AHIMA and AAPC credentials
considered
Technical skills in MS Excel
Domain skills in Medical Coding Multi specialists
Ability to maintain minimum accuracy rate of 98%
Ability to meet internal productivity standards
