  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to enter data into computers.
  • Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record. What you'll do as an Accounting Specialist: The Accounting Specialist focused on A/P, A/R, and collections. This role's primary function includes:
    • Receiving bills in Concur Solutions, applying PO information and assigning to Project Managers, or entering account info and submitting for payment;
    • Entering billings into Quickbooks and ensuring invoices are sent to the responsible party;
    • Pursuing receivable balances which may include contacting insurance adjusters, home owners, HOAs, and property managers;
    • Tracking and entering temporary employee time;
    • Other duties as assigned. The Accounting Specialist also supports the Accounting/HR manager. Those duties may include assisting on the following:
      • Assisting with screening and onboarding new hires
      • Processing Payroll
      • Assisting with Workers' Compensation (L&I) claims processes, documentation, Stay at Work(SAW), and Return to Work negotiations;
      • Assist with unemployment claim notices received from ESD;
      • Processing month end Sales Tax and Royalty reporting; Systems/Programs Utilized
        • ADP Workforce Now
        • Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop
        • Concur Expense
        • Quickbooks Time
        • Todoist
        • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
