Based in Seattle, with locations in NYC and Maryland, we help companies deliver their brand worldwide through creative, print, and fulfillment services.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Inventory Control Clerk manages stock in our Fulfillment department and maintains the inventory levels required to meet distribution demands. Were looking for someone with warehousing experience who is reliable, self-motivated, and has strong organizational skills.BENEFITSPaid Time OffMedical, Dental, VisionLife/AD&D Insurance401(k) with matchingAccident InsuranceFSA, HSA9 Paid HolidaysMonthly Cookie Days!RESPONSIBILITIESManage inventory level and track stocking quantities.Restock pick locations.Drive picker to stock and collect inventory.Resolve any issues with Purchasing & Receiving department.Coordinate bin locations and recycling for old or inactive items.Review daily inventory transactions of raw materials and resolve failed postings.Participate in physical counts on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly schedule.Pull material to orders in multiple inventory systems.Validate physical counts and reconcile inventory.Analyze discrepancies and update system.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSAt least two (2) years of experience in a fulfillment or other inventory control environment.Experience with forklifts or pickers preferred.ESSENTIAL ABILITIESTechnical CapacityStrong Organizational SkillsDecision Making SkillsInitiative and IndependenceProblem Solving/Analytical SkillsStrong Communication SkillsSelf-MotivationMulti-Tasking and Prioritizing SkillsCustomer/Client FocusAttention to DetailCollaboration and Teamwork OrientationFlexibilityPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.Hand dexterity and strength.Flexibility in work hours may be required.Standing for long periods of time (8+ hours).Comfort with heights of up to three stories.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position works on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
